I am aware that Siberian Huskies shed, are known diggers, are escape artists, and love to run.

I am aware that the yearly maintenance cost of a dog is approximately $200 (Not including food and grooming).

I fully understand and accept the fact that a Siberian Husky must never be allowed off leash unless within a fully fenced, secure area, and then never left unattended.

I fully understand and accept the fact that no amount training can ever ensure that a Siberian can safely be off leash or unconfined, and that not strictly adhering to this restriction will place your Siberian at risk of injury or even death.

I affirm that I nor any household member have ever been arrested for, or convicted, of animal abuse or neglect.
